Add a new Contact

Click Contacts in the Administration Menu

Click Add a new Contact at the top of the page

• Enter a Name for the contact - this is the only required field - everything else below is optional.

• Enter additional optional information.

• Enter a Sort Value (optional) - this determines where this contact will appear in the list of contacts (1 = first in the list)

• Add an Image to your Contact by:

  Upload Image click the Browse... button. Only .jpg and .gif images are supported. Choose a photo from your computer to upload. If needed, choose an option to resize your picture

• Click the radio button for no to leave the image as is.

• Click the radio button for Resize to: and select and option for what percent you would like

• Click the radio button for Resize the: to resize the Width or Height to specific size in Percent or Pixels.

• Rotate the image clockwise or counterclockwise if necessary. You can also flip the image horizontally or vertically if needed.

• Click the Save button at the bottom of the page

• Note:

  The phone number does not need to be entered in any certain format.  You may enter more than one phone number in this box, such as "870-930-9060 | 1-866-930-9303"
