Articles are the heart of your WebPress site. Articles are blank pages where you can format the content however you like. Articles can also be used to create a sidemenu link that points to another page on your site or another site entirely.
Articles can be organized into up to three levels with articles, subarticles, and sub-subarticles. Articles can also have group access settings so that only users with sufficient privileges can view certain articles.

Other options
Meta Tags
In the Keywords Meta Tag field you can type notable words or phrases that appear in (or are relevant to) your article. Good keywords here may occasionally slightly increase search engine rankings for the article.
In the Description Meta Tag field you can type a sentence or a short paragraph concisely explaining the article. Search engines will sometimes show this to people whenever it shows a link to your article, so a catchy intro here might win you more visitors.
Child article settings
People can subscribe to the Child Syndication URL if they want to be notified whenever you post a new child article to this current article. (Site URL) should be replaced with the address to your home page.
At the bottom of your article, summaries of all its child articles can be displayed. The Child Summaries per Page option here lets you control how many of these summaries can be displayed on a single page.
These summaries will appear in the order specified by the Child Sort Order option. Choosing Sort Value will use the Sort Value option described above. Choosing either Authored on option will sort the articles chronologically (forward or backward).
Comment options
You can allow comments on an article by checking the Comments checkbox.
You can limit this permission to certain groups of people by using the Allow Comments by drop-down.
If you want to keep all comments private, or if you want to moderate them before displaying them on your site, you can choose an option from the Initial Comment Status drop-down.
