Add a new Topmenu Link |

The Topmenu is an essential part of your site that is built into WebPress. Topmenu links help your users navigate your website.
Start Managing your Topmenu
- To start adding links to your site's Topmenu, click Topmenu under Menus in the administration menu.
Add Links to your Topmenu
- Click Add a new Topmenu Link at the top of the page.
- Enter a Name for the topmenu. The is the text that will appear in the topmenu.
- Enter a Sort Key (optional). This determines where in the list of links this item will appear.
- Viewable By is the lowest level group that will be able to see this link in the Topmenu
- Choose a Type for this link:
- Link to URL — use this type to link to a specific address on the Web.
- Link to Action — use this type to link to a page generated by a WebPress module.
- Link to Article — use this type to link to an Article on your site
- Link to File — use this type to link to an file from your repository
Link to URL
- If you choose, check the box to have this Topmenu Link open in a new browser window.

The "http://" is required. If this is omitted, the link will not function properly.
Action
- Choose an Action for this link from the list.
- If you wish, check the box to have this Topmenu Link open in a new browser window.
Link to Article
- Choose an Article for this link from the list.
- If you choose, check the box to have this Topmenu link open in a new browser window.
Link to File
- From the list, choose a file from your repository to link to.
