To add a new entry to a list in the Data Lists page on your site:
Click Data Lists in the administration menu. Next, click Lists. The following page will show a list of your site's Lists.
On the following page, enter a Name. Enter a Sort Value (optional). This determines where in the list of editors this person will appear (1 = first) next to Upload Image, click Browse... choose an image from your computer to display next to the Editor's description on the page.
If needed, choose an option to resize your picture. Click the radio button for no to leave the image as is.
Click the radio button for Resize to:and select and option for what percent you would like.
Click the radio button for Resize the: to resize the Width or Height to specific size in Percent or Pixels. Check the Rotate Image button rotate your image.
Enter an Email address for the editor. This will display as a link on your editors page to open a new message to this person in the user's default mail client on their computer.
