A link can point to any resource on the Web: an image, a sound file, a movie, a web page — even a certain part of a web page.
Using named anchors you can create links that can jump directly to a specific section of a page, instead of letting the user scroll around to find what she is looking for.
Add an Anchor
To add an anchor to your page, click next to the word or image you would like to link to.
Next, click the icon that looks like an anchor in the Graphical Editor toolbar.
Name your anchor to be able to find it easily when you link your text to it.
A yellow box will appear where the anchor is located in your content.
Link to an Anchor
Highlight the text that is going to link to the anchor.
Click on the Insert/Modify Link button in the toolbar.
The fourth option down is the or Anchor box. Drop the menu down and select the anchor you created. It's name will look like "#test" or "#anchor". Select the appropriate choice and click OK. Your highlighted text will now link to the anchor. Click save when you're done.
