You can edit, rename, make a copy of files, and resize images from Manage Files.
To edit files
To edit files, click Files (Uploads) in the administration menu.
Select Edit next to the file you wish to edit
Click Edit next to one of the filenames. If you choose to Edit and image, you will be given options to resize the image in addition to other options.

Renaming a file Next to Filename, choose Rename to and enter a new filename in the box.
Make a Copy of a file Next to Filename, choose Save Copy as, and enter a new filename in the box.
Resize an Image
If the the file in question is a JPG or GIF image, you will see the image displayed at the top of this page. If the image is too large, a link to the image will appear. Also, you will have the option to resize the image. To resize the image, choose one of the following options:
Next to Resize Image choose No to leave the image as is
Next to Resize Image choose Resize to, and choose one of the options from the drop down box.
Next to Resize Image choose Resize the, then choose Width or Height, enter a number in the box, and choose Percent or Pixels. For example, you can "Resize the Height to 350 Pixels", or "Resize the Width to 65%"
Note: If you choose to Copy and Resize an image, the new copy will be resized, and the original image will be left as is. This can be used as a quick way to create a thumbnail or a smaller version of a large image, while retaining the original image.
